The fourth week of the season saw another delightful evening of social netball at Aureus School. The welcoming atmosphere and camaraderie among players of all experience levels set the tone for a great night of netball. The friendly competition, laughter, and shared celebrations truly encapsulated the spirit of social netball at its finest.
In the exciting match between Ball Slappers and Court Queens, the evening was lit up with displays of exceptional teamwork and sportsmanship. The final score saw Court Queens with a tally of 15, while Ball Slappers earned themselves a commendable 5. Regardless of the score, the positive energy and commitment seen from both sides left everyone in high spirits.
The game between Netspresso Martinis and Enchanted was also a sight to behold. Netspresso Martinis wrapped up the game with a score of 13-6. The teams showcased their skills with a positive attitude, making it an enjoyable game that was played in great spirit.
Midas Touch and Hoop Troops gave a thrilling performance with their game ending in a score of 15-8 in favour of Midas Touch. The players demonstrated an unwavering commitment and camaraderie that radiated throughout the court, reminding everyone about the joy of playing netball.
A special mention must be made for Rosella McNally from Enchanted. Her enthusiasm and movement around the court was nothing short of inspiring. Her positive contribution to the game was highly appreciated by both her teammates and opponents, truly embodying the spirit of social netball.
