Nailsea Monday Netball Update - Week 2

Week 2 of the Nailsea Monday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with lots of positive energy, teamwork, and great moments across all games.

Back To Basics got the evening off to a strong start with a 10–4 win over Hoops There It Is. Both teams showed great effort, with some lovely passages of play throughout the match.

Jumping Divas and Under Pressure shared a closely contested game, with Under Pressure just edging it 10–8. It was a great match to watch, with both teams supporting each other and battling right to the final whistle.

Backwell Warriors had a strong performance against No Way Back, finishing 21–3. Their teamwork and communication really stood out, while No Way Back kept their heads up and continued to work hard throughout.

A special mention goes to this week’s most valuable player, Helen Willoughby from Jumping Divas. Her performance was full of energy, skill, and encouragement, making a real impact on the court.

Overall, it was another fantastic evening that highlighted the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the league. It’s great to see everyone enjoying their netball and supporting one another each week.
