Week 8 of the Walsall Sunday Netball League saw another enjoyable evening of action at Bloxwich Active Living Centre, with teams continuing to compete in a positive and welcoming environment.

The first game of the evening featured All About That Pass against Walsall Wonders. Both teams showed excellent commitment throughout the match, demonstrating good teamwork and creating an entertaining contest to begin the night's action.

Bloxwich Ballers then took on Untouchables in a competitive fixture. Both sides worked hard across the court, displaying determination and teamwork throughout. The match remained engaging from start to finish and reflected the strong spirit of competition within the league.

The final game of the evening saw Bloxwich Divas face Take a Shot. Both teams approached the match with enthusiasm and energy, contributing to another enjoyable contest. The positive attitude shown by all players helped bring the evening to a successful close.

Player of the Week

This week's Most Valued Player award goes to Amelia Freeman from Bloxwich Ballers. Amelia delivered an excellent performance, demonstrating great movement, awareness, and commitment throughout the evening. Her contribution was recognised by teammates and opponents alike, making her a worthy recipient of the award.

With Week 8 complete, teams will now look ahead to the next round of fixtures as the season continues. The league remains a fantastic opportunity for players to stay active, improve their skills, and enjoy competitive netball in a friendly and supportive environment.

We look forward to welcoming all teams back to Bloxwich Active Living Centre for Week 9 and another evening of netball.
