Another Fantastic Evening in the Bridgend Sunday You Play Netball League

Week 9 of the Bridgend Sunday You Play Netball League at Brackla Sports Centre brought another fun-filled evening of netball, with plenty of smiles, teamwork and great moments shared across both divisions.

Netball Ninjas and All Sorts got the evening underway with an entertaining game, with Netball Ninjas finding some lovely rhythm and finishing with 25 goals. Both teams played with great energy and encouragement, making it a pleasure to watch.

Wangerz and Netty Betties also enjoyed a lively contest, with Wangerz finishing with 20 goals. Both sides showed fantastic team spirit and support throughout the game, helping to create the friendly atmosphere that makes Sunday evenings so enjoyable.

In Division 2, Clover Catchers and Baywatch Ballers shared an enjoyable match, with Clover Catchers finishing with five goals. The game was full of enthusiasm and plenty of encouragement from both teams.

Cougars and Nets Go also took to the court for another entertaining game, with Nets Go finishing with 20 goals. Both teams showed great determination and sportsmanship throughout.

High Hoops and Pink Panthers rounded off the evening with a closely contested match, with Pink Panthers finishing with a 17-10 scoreline. It was another great example of the positive and welcoming spirit that runs through the league.

A special congratulations goes to Darcy Packman from Wangerz, who was named Player of the Week. Darcy's enthusiasm, movement around the court and encouragement of others made her a thoroughly deserving recipient of the award.
