Week 11 of the Tottington Tuesday Netball League brought another entertaining evening of competitive action, with teams continuing to give their all as the season progresses. Players produced determined performances throughout the night, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved and providing plenty of exciting moments across the fixtures.

One of the evening’s opening matches saw On The Rebound take on No Shot Sherlock in a hard-fought contest. Both teams defended well throughout the game and worked tirelessly to create scoring opportunities. Despite a strong effort from On The Rebound, No Shot Sherlock managed to edge the contest with a 5-3 victory after maintaining their composure during the closing stages of the match.

St Michaels delivered one of the standout performances of the evening in their game against Net Set Go! From the opening whistle, St Michaels moved the ball confidently around the court and created a number of well-worked scoring opportunities. Their strong attacking play and organised defence helped them secure an impressive 14-4 victory, while Net Set Go! continued to battle positively throughout the match.

Another memorable fixture saw Goal Diggers face Bury The Defence in a competitive encounter. Goal Diggers produced an excellent all-round performance, combining strong teamwork with effective movement across the court. Their attacking play proved difficult to contain as they earned a convincing 8-1 victory. Bury The Defence continued to work hard throughout the game and showed great determination despite the result.

The final match of the evening featured Hoops! We Did It Again against Block It Like It's Hot! in a lively and entertaining contest. Hoops! We Did It Again quickly found their rhythm and delivered a confident display, creating scoring opportunities consistently throughout the game. Their strong teamwork and accurate finishing helped them secure a 13-2 victory in one of their strongest performances of the season so far.

A special mention also goes to Amanda Dunn of Hoops! We Did It Again, who was named the week’s most valuable player following an outstanding individual display. Amanda impressed with her movement, passing and overall influence on the court, playing a major role in her team’s success. Her performance stood out among many strong displays across the evening’s fixtures.

As the season continues, the League standings remain competitive, and teams will now be looking to build momentum heading into the coming weeks. With every round producing exciting matches and standout performances, there is still plenty to look forward to before the season reaches its conclusion.
