Bury Tuesday Social Netball Update 26th May

The Bury Tuesday Social Netball league saw another thrilling round of matches in its 12th week. With only two weeks left to the season, teams battled it out to secure their places.

There were some electrifying performances this week which kept everyone on their toes. No Shot Sherlock pulled a victory from the jaws of defeat with a 6-4 win over On The Rebound, showcasing the never-give-up spirit that netball embodies. St Michaels outplayed Net Set Go!, scoring an impressive 19-5 victory. The Goal Diggers managed to edge out Bury The Defence in a low-scoring match-up, registering a 4-1 win. Wrapping up the Premier League for the week, Hoops! We Did It Again turned the heat up against Block It Like It's Hot!, winning 12-8 in an adrenaline-filled encounter.

The league has seen some impressive performances, but the star of the week was undoubtedly Natasha Roberts from Bury The Defence. Despite her team's loss, Roberts' performance on the court was inspirational, earning her the title of the most valued player of the week.
