Neath Tuesday Netball League - Week 6

In an electrifying week six of the Neath Tuesday Netball League, teams from Division 1 and Division 2 battled it out on the court to fight for the top spots in their respective leagues.

In Division 1, the atmosphere was tense as the Pulse Chasers were narrowly defeated by Hoops I Did It Again, with a final score of 13 to 16. The Queen Bees also faced a close defeat, with Socket Shifters clinching victory by just one point, ending the game at 12-11. The night concluded with Nets Get Physical triumphing over Glynneath Gal-Zelles, securing their win with a score of 16 to 12.

Over in Division 2, the competition was just as fierce. High Hoops managed to outscore Glynneath Gazelles in a nail-biting match, ending 9 to 8. Block It Like It's Hot delivered an outstanding performance, scoring a whopping 26 points against Steel Town Shooters who managed 13. The Spice Goals powered through their game against Sweaty Betty's, securing a strong win with a score of 17 to 8.

The star player of the week was Sophie Williams from Division 2's Block It Like It's Hot. Sophie's outstanding gameplay and contribution to her team's massive scoreline did not go unnoticed, earning her the title of the most valued player for the week.
