A GREAT START TO THE NEW SEASON IN LUTON

The new season of the Luton Tuesday YouPlay Netball league got off to a fantastic start last night, with teams coming together for an evening of fun, energy, and great netball in the Premier League division. Players of all abilities took to the court, showing teamwork, enthusiasm, and a love for the game.

Luton Sirens and Bounce Back opened the season with a lively match, full of positive play and great effort from both sides. Bounce Back finished ahead with a score of 16–7, but both teams showed plenty of promise for the weeks ahead.

On The Rebound and Catch Crew also enjoyed a spirited game, with Catch Crew coming out on top 10–3. It was another great example of teams supporting each other and enjoying the game.

Alongside the team performances, there were some standout individual moments. Kimberley Robinson from the Interceptors was recognised as this week’s Most Valued Player, thanks to a strong all-round performance that highlighted her skill and commitment on the court.

It’s been a brilliant start to the season, with everyone already looking forward to the next round of games. Whether you’re playing, supporting, or just getting involved for the first time, the Luton Tuesday league is all about enjoying netball, staying active, and being part of a friendly community.
