Nottingham Monday Night Netball - Week 14
The Rebounders took down Chilwell Shooters in an electrifying match, ending with a final score of 19-11. However, it was Pink Ladies who stole the show with an impressive 21-3 victory against Net Club 7 Nottingham. Their tactical play and excellent defence left spectators in awe.
Meanwhile, the Hoopsie Daisies fell to The Fun Bunch, who showcased their dominance with a 23-10 win. But the night wasn't without its surprises. In what can only be described as a nail-biting finish, Nova Stars scraped a win against Chilwell Flames with a score of 15-13.
Despite the loss, it was Siobhan Stevenitt from Chilwell Flames who stole hearts and was declared the most valued player of the week. Her exceptional performance on the field was a treat for netball enthusiasts and will certainly be remembered.
After 14 weeks, it was The Fun Bunch who triumphed as the winners of the League, gathering a whopping 28 points and 14 wins under their belt. Their consistent performance throughout the season sets a benchmark for future tournaments.
As the teams catch their breath and the spectators cheer for the final time this season, the Nottingham Monday Netball league leaves behind an array of memorable moments that have truly defined the spirit of sportsmanship.
