Nottingham Monday Night Netball - Week 6
In an exciting turn of events, The Rebounders faced Hoopsie Daisies in a thrilling showdown. Both teams showcased impressive performances, ending the game in an 8-8 draw. Their impeccable teamwork and strategy kept spectators on edge throughout the match.
Meanwhile, Chilwell Shooters outclassed Chilwell Flames with a significant score of 22-8. The Shooters' sharp shooting and dominating defence proved too strong for the Flames, making it a difficult night for them.
The Fun Bunch had a triumphant night as they defeated Net Club 7 Nottingham with an impressive score of 19-5. Their dynamic play and exceptional coordination on the court were truly commendable.
In another closely contested match, Nova Stars outscored Pink Ladies with a final score of 15-9. Although the Pink Ladies put up a solid fight, Nova Stars’ assertive play secured them the win.
Amidst all these electrifying games, there was one player who stood out. Nicola Preston from Net Club 7 Nottingham was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Despite her team's loss, her individual performance was truly exceptional, showing great skill and determination on the court.
Week 6 of the Nottingham Monday Netball league was a sheer showcase of competition, strength, and resilience. The League division teams have set a high bar for the coming weeks, posing an exciting season ahead.
