A Fantastic Week 2 in the Nottingham Sunday Netball League 

Week 2 of the Nottingham Sunday Netball League powered by You Play Netball brought plenty of excitement, great teamwork, and brilliant moments across the courts. It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm and sportsmanship on show as teams continued to find their rhythm.

Brave Hearts put in a strong and determined performance against In It To Win It, coming away with a well-earned 16–11 win. Despite the result, In It To Win It’s Fern Douglas delivered an outstanding display and was deservedly named Most Valued Player of the week, showing great skill and commitment right to the final whistle.

Elsewhere, Sunday Stormers impressed with a confident 20–10 victory over The Misfits. Their quick movement and accurate shooting made for an enjoyable match, while The Misfits showed great resilience and teamwork throughout.

Week 2 also saw some fantastic scoring and growing confidence from all teams, making it clear that this season is shaping up to be a fun and competitive one. Every squad is bringing energy and positivity to the court, creating a great atmosphere week after week.

As we head into Week 3, there’s plenty to look forward to. Will teams build on their early momentum, or will we see some surprise results? One thing is certain – the Nottingham Monday Netball League is off to a brilliant start.
