Nottingham Sunday Evening -- Week 8

Week 8 brought another exciting evening of netball, with teams giving it everything as the season heads towards its final stages. The energy on court and support from the sidelines made for a fantastic atmosphere all round.

Brave Hearts and Sunday Stormers went head-to-head in a competitive and fast-paced contest. Both teams showed great determination, but Sunday Stormers found their rhythm with strong teamwork and confident play. A huge congratulations goes to Catherine Dennis from Sunday Stormers, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her leadership, work rate and composure on court made a real difference and she thoroughly deserved the recognition.

Misfits and Nottingham Ninjas also delivered an entertaining matchup. It was a spirited game with plenty of effort from both sides, but Nottingham Ninjas’ organisation and sharp passing helped them take control. Misfits continued to battle hard and showed great team spirit throughout.

In It To Win It put in a strong performance against Hoop Hustlers, demonstrating excellent communication and movement across the court. Hoop Hustlers kept pushing and supported each other right until the final whistle, showing exactly what this league is all about.

With just a couple of rounds to go, the excitement is building as teams look to finish the season on a high. Every week continues to showcase fantastic sportsmanship, teamwork and a real passion for netball.
