Week eight brought plenty of exciting moments in the Nottingham Sunday netball league, and with just two weeks left of the season, the energy on court is higher than ever.

Brave Hearts put in a fantastic team performance this week, showing great determination and teamwork throughout the match. Hoop Hustlers may not have had the result they hoped for, but Jessica Stevens truly stood out and deservedly earned Player of the Week thanks to her speed, smart play and never-give-up attitude.

Goals Aloud also impressed with a confident display, working brilliantly together and showing fantastic agility across the court. They’re definitely a team to keep an eye on as we head towards the end of the season.

Nottingham Ninjas and Sunday Stormers gave us one of the most competitive games of the week, with both sides showing skill, effort and great teamwork from start to finish.

As the season begins to wrap up, now is the perfect time to secure your place for next season. The league has been full of energy, brilliant individual performances and close competition every week.

Goals Aloud currently lead the way in goals scored, with Brave Hearts close behind — proving that every goal really does count.
