Week 2 of the Nottingham Monday Netball League saw another enjoyable evening of action at Chilwell Olympia Leisure Centre, with players of all experience levels coming together for a great night of netball.

The evening began with Brave Hearts taking on Hoop Hustlers. Both teams showed excellent commitment throughout the match, demonstrating strong teamwork and a positive attitude from start to finish. It was an entertaining fixture that set the tone for the night's action.

The second game featured Hoop There It Is against Sunday Stormers. Both sides worked hard across the court, displaying determination, teamwork, and good organisation throughout the contest. The match was played in excellent spirits and provided another enjoyable game for everyone involved.

Player of the Week

This week's Most Valued Player award goes to Georgia Hutchinson from Sunday Stormers. Georgia delivered an excellent performance, showing great enthusiasm, movement, and commitment throughout the evening. Her contribution was recognised by teammates and opponents alike, making her a deserving recipient of the award.

With Week 2 complete, teams will now look ahead to the next round of fixtures as the season continues. The league provides a fantastic opportunity for players to stay active, improve their skills, and enjoy competitive netball in a welcoming and supportive environment.
