Uttoxeter Sunday Netball Update - Week 6

Week 6 of the Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball League brought another evening full of fun, teamwork, and fantastic netball, with all teams giving great effort on court.

Court Queens enjoyed a strong game against High Hoops, coming away with a 17-11 win after some excellent teamwork and consistent play throughout the match. High Hoops showed great determination and kept the game competitive from start to finish.

Hoopy Hour and Give Us A Shot also treated everyone to an entertaining game, with Hoopy Hour securing a close 14-11 victory. Both teams played with brilliant energy and enthusiasm, making it a really enjoyable match to watch.

Pass Me The Wine put in a great performance against Nets In The City, earning a 12-7 win, while The Raiders and Net Club Seven played out a closely contested game, with The Raiders edging it 11-8 after a strong team effort.

A special mention this week goes to Aimee Machin from The Raiders, who was named Player of the Week after an excellent all-round performance. Her energy, movement, and support for her teammates stood out across the evening.

Well done to everyone involved for another enjoyable night of social netball. We’re looking forward to seeing all the teams back on court again next week for more fun and friendly games!
