Week 10 of the Uttoxeter Sunday You Play Netball League at Denstone College brought another fantastic evening of netball, with plenty of smiles, teamwork and fun shared across the courts. Players of all abilities came together to enjoy the game in the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes Sunday evenings so special.
The Raiders and Give Us A Shot got the evening underway with an entertaining match, with The Raiders finding some lovely rhythm and finishing with an 11-8 scoreline. Both teams showed great energy and encouragement throughout, making it another enjoyable contest.
Net Club Seven and High Hoops also shared a lively game, with Net Club Seven finishing with 19 goals. Both teams played with plenty of enthusiasm and support for one another, creating a brilliant atmosphere on court.
Hoops I Did It Again and Hoopy Hour took to the court next, with Hoops I Did It Again finishing with a 15-8 scoreline. It was another enjoyable game, with both teams showing great teamwork and positivity throughout.
Court Queens and Pass Me The Wine rounded off the evening with a closely contested match. Court Queens finished with 14 goals in an entertaining game, with both teams playing with plenty of spirit and support for one another.
A special congratulations goes to Sarah Julius from High Hoops, who was named Player of the Week. Sarah's enthusiasm, movement around the court and positive contribution made her a deserving recipient of the award, with her efforts appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.
