Banbury Wednesday night netball - Week 5

Play in the Banbury Thursday You Play Netball League 

Week 5 of the Banbury Thursday Netball League brought another great evening of netball, with plenty of teamwork, determination and positive energy on display across the court.

Pocket Rockets and Banbury AllStars kicked off the night with an enjoyable game, with Banbury AllStars putting together a confident performance and showing great movement and teamwork throughout.

Odd Balls and Shoot For It also delivered a lively match, with both teams creating some great passages of play. A standout performance came from Carla McCourt, whose excellent skill, awareness and leadership on court earned her the Most Valued Player of the Week award .

Goals Aloud and Shoot Happens shared one of the closest and most exciting games of the evening. Both teams worked hard from start to finish, producing a really competitive and entertaining match for everyone watching.

The final game of the night saw Goal Shooters take on Dynamite Shooters. It was a fun and fast-paced match with plenty of great attacking play and strong defensive moments from both sides.

The division continues to deliver exciting games each week, with teams improving, supporting each other and enjoying their time on court. We’re looking forward to seeing more great netball as the season continues!
