Banbury Wednesday You Play Netball League – Social Netball Round-Up

Another fantastic evening of social netball took place this week in the Banbury Wednesday You Play Netball League, bringing together players for an enjoyable session focused on fun, fitness and friendship.

The courts were filled with energy, encouragement and plenty of smiles as teams came together to enjoy the game in a friendly and supportive environment. It was wonderful to see players of all abilities taking part, building confidence and sharing their love of netball with teammates and opponents alike.

Pocket Rockets and Banbury AllStars enjoyed an entertaining match, with both teams demonstrating great teamwork, communication and sportsmanship throughout the session.

Odd Balls and Shoot For It also took to the court with plenty of enthusiasm, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere while supporting one another and celebrating great moments of play.

Goals Aloud and Shoot Happens rounded off the evening with another fantastic game, showcasing the positive spirit and camaraderie that make social netball such a rewarding experience.

A special congratulations goes to Kerry Lally of Shoot Happens, who was named Player of the Session. Kerry's positivity, encouragement and teamwork stood out throughout the evening, making her a deserving recipient of the award and a wonderful example of what social netball is all about.

Most importantly, the evening was a celebration of everything that makes the game special – staying active, having fun, making friends and enjoying time on court together. The supportive atmosphere created by all players continues to make the league a fantastic place to play netball.
