Banbury Sunday Night Netball - Week 2

The second week of the high-octane Banbury Sunday Netball League concluded in an exhilarating fashion Sunday night. 

Banbury Shooters proved their mettle against the formidable Net Chicks, securing a six-point lead with a final score line of 19-13. Elsewhere, Net Ninjas took on Shooting Stars finishing with an 25-8 victory. Not far behind, Banbury Ballers took the victory over Net Set Go, securing a 22-8 victory. Fireballs didn't quite manage to take the win against Eagles' as they succumbed to a 27-10 defeat.

Among all the talented players, one name stood head and shoulders above the rest—Lucy Coghlan from Banbury All Stars. Despite the stiff competition, Lucy managed to bag the title of the most valued player for the week.

The league continues to be a captivating spectacle, showcasing some of the best talent in netball. With several more weeks of the season yet to unravel, each team will be motivated to give their best and ascend the leader board.
