Hucknall Tuesday Evening Netball -Week 2

Week two brought plenty of energy, smiles, and great netball as teams returned to the court for another evening of friendly competition.

Hoopsy Daisys got off to a flying start with a strong 16–2 win over Nets Go Girls. Their teamwork and movement around the court really shone through, helping them take control early on.

Hotshots and Netsetters treated us to a much closer game, with Hotshots just edging it 15–12. It was a brilliant contest, with both teams showing great determination right until the final whistle.

Phoenix also had a standout game, securing a 23–1 win against Winging It. Their sharp passing and confident shooting made for an impressive performance.

A big shoutout to Bethany Topley from Netsetters, who earned Player of the Week. She showed fantastic skill, energy, and sportsmanship throughout the match, making a real impact for her team.

It’s shaping up to be a really fun and competitive season, and we’re excited to see how all the teams continue to grow and improve over the coming weeks!
