Abergavenny Thursday Week 4 - 16/4/26

We're back to 7:00pm - 8:30pm this week as we have a new team joining us this week, Netty McNet Face

Week four of the Abergavenny Thursday netball league brought another enjoyable evening, with teams and supporters coming together in a friendly and positive atmosphere.

Welsh Rarebits and Unstoppables played out a well-balanced game, with both sides showing good teamwork and communication. Welsh Rarebits moved the ball confidently through the court, while Unstoppables matched this with energy and support, keeping the game flowing from start to finish.

Another closely contested match saw The Net-Works face Headliners. Both teams remained evenly matched throughout, with Headliners just edging ahead to secure a narrow 9–8 win in a game played with great spirit and sportsmanship.

Across the evening, there were plenty of strong individual performances. A special mention goes to Leanne Clark of Unstoppables, who was named Most Valuable Player for her impressive all-round contribution and consistent play.

The league continues to provide an enjoyable and supportive environment each week, and teams will be looking forward to more great games as week five approaches.
