In the Premier League division of the Droylsden Thursday Netball League, the competition heated up during the second week with electrifying performances and a flurry of goals.

The Lionesses roared to victory against Get Net Or Die Tryin with a 9-3 win, demonstrating their prowess and setting a challenging pace for their rivals. Despite the loss, Get Net Or Die Tryin's Shilpa Chauhan delivered an outstanding performance to be named the most valued player of the week. This recognition speaks volumes about her individual skills and tenacity in a tough match.

The Headliners lived up to their name, outscoring Ctrl Alt Defeat 10-4, a substantial win that showcased their strategic gameplay and sharp shooting. Thunderstruck also made a powerful statement, scoring 7 goals against Kiss My Pass, who managed to net 13 goals.

In a close encounter, Goal Diggers edged Zero Chill 3-1. The Diggers' defense was impenetrable, allowing Zero Chill to score just once. Despite the low scoring game, it was filled with nail-biting moments that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.
