Week 7 of the Stratford Upon Avon Thursday Netball brought another evening of exciting action, with teams continuing to show great commitment, teamwork, and improvement as the season progresses.
Netchix and D Linquents treated spectators to a closely contested match, with Netchix eventually securing a narrow 21-19 victory. Both sides played some excellent netball throughout, making for an entertaining and competitive game right to the final whistle.
Meon Warriors put in a strong team performance against Chillies, earning a 20-8 win. While the result went in the Warriors' favour, Chillies continued to battle hard and showed plenty of determination throughout the match.
The Shooters enjoyed a successful outing against Vale Queens, coming away with a 26-12 victory. Their attacking play was particularly effective, helping them maintain momentum and secure the points.
Vale Queens can take plenty of encouragement from the performance of Alex Finnegan, who was named Most Valuable Player of the week. Finnegan's impressive display highlighted the talent within the squad and provided a positive moment for the team.
As the season moves forward, it continues to deliver competitive and entertaining netball. Every team is showing determination and plenty of potential, and with several weeks still remaining, there is still much to play for and plenty of exciting matches ahead.
