Mildenhall Tuesday Social Netball Update 16th June

The Mildenhall Hub was buzzing with excitement and camaraderie for Week 5 of our social netball season. The welcoming atmosphere was filled with the sounds of laughter and cheers as players of all experience levels joined together for an enjoyable evening of netball.

Team Tornadoes and Ball Busters took to the court. Team Tornadoes finished up the game with a score of 12-1. It was evident the match was less about the final score, and more about teamwork, commitment and sportsmanship. Both teams showed positive energy throughout the game, proving that it's not always about winning, but playing the game in great spirit and having fun.

Nets Go To The Pub and the Stormers took to the court in the opening match of the evening with Nets Go To The Pub taking the victory with a score of 7-3. Again, the emphasis of the game was on the enjoyment of the sport. The camaraderie between the two teams was incredible and their commitment to fair play was commendable.

A special mention goes to the Most Valued Player of the week, Erin Smith from Smart Passes. Erin’s enthusiasm was infectious as she moved around the court, making a positive contribution that was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. Her energy and team spirit truly embodied the ethos of our social netball evenings at Mildenhall Club.

As we look ahead to Week 6, we anticipate another evening of friendly social netball. Whether you're keeping active, meeting new people, or looking to develop your netball skills in a supportive environment, we can't wait to see you there. Embrace the Back to Netball vibe, and remember, it’s not about the score, it's about playing the game with enthusiasm, respect and camaraderie.
