Play in the Peterborough Sunday you play netball league!

Week 9 of the Peterborough Sunday Netball League brought another fun and lively evening of netball, with plenty of great moments shared across the court.

Blue Stars and Cherry Bombs opened the night with a closely matched and entertaining game, finishing in a 7–7 draw. Both teams showed fantastic teamwork and determination, with some lovely passages of play that kept things evenly balanced throughout.

What A Catch and Fast And Fierce followed with a well-contested match, ending 4–2. It was a great display of teamwork and effort from both sides. A special mention goes to Claire Bristowe from What A Catch, whose standout performance earned her Player of the Week. Her awareness and composure really made a difference and were great to watch.

Shot Callers and Chaos In Trainers rounded off the evening with an enjoyable game, with Shot Callers taking an 8–6 win. Both teams brought plenty of energy and enthusiasm, along with some impressive shooting and solid defensive play.

Overall, it was another positive and enjoyable week in the league, full of encouragement, teamwork, and a shared love of netball. It’s great to see everyone supporting one another and making the most of their time on court—looking forward to more great evenings ahead!
