Platt Bridge Sunday Week 8 - 10/5/26

Week 8 of the League division in the Platt Bridge Sunday Netball League brought another enjoyable round of fixtures, with teams showing great teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the evening.

One of the closest games of the week saw Bib And Tonic secure a narrow 12-11 win over The Platt Pack. Both sides played well in a match that stayed close from start to finish, making for an entertaining contest for everyone involved.

Despite the result, The Platt Pack’s Amy Walsh was recognised as the league’s most valued player of the week thanks to her excellent individual performance and consistent effort across the court.

In another fixture, Play For Keeps produced a strong performance to claim a 21-4 victory against Fast And Flawless, showing good movement and teamwork throughout the game.

Net Flicks And Chill also enjoyed a positive evening, earning a 10-7 win over Passing Storm in a well-played and competitive match.

As the season continues, the League division is providing plenty of enjoyable netball each week, with all teams continuing to improve and supporters looking forward to the next set of fixtures.
