Nottingham Thursday night netball - week 10

Week 10 of the Nottingham Thursday Netball League saw another enjoyable set of matches, with teams continuing to grow in confidence as the season moves along.

Hoopsy Daisy picked up a comfortable win against Amazeballs, taking the game 4–0. Their defence worked well together throughout the match, making it difficult for Amazeballs to find scoring opportunities.

Trent Tricksters recorded a strong 16–7 victory over Net Assets. With good movement and accurate passing, the Tricksters were able to control the game and build a steady lead.

Cosmic Creepers also enjoyed a positive evening, overcoming Nets Be Having Ya 10–4. The match featured some well-taken goals and timely interceptions that helped Cosmic Creepers secure the result.

Notts Netters showed plenty of effort in their match against The Bibberinos, but Bibberinos’ teamwork and consistency saw them come away with a 12–6 win.

A special mention goes to Lydia Sewell of The A Team, who was named Player of the Week. Lydia produced a standout performance, showing great determination and skill on court.

With plenty of netball still to be played, the league is shaping up nicely and promises more competitive and enjoyable matches in the weeks ahead.
