Week 17 of the Nottingham Thursday netball league delivered another evening of competitive and enjoyable matches, with all teams showing great effort and teamwork throughout.

The Bibberinos put in a strong performance against Amazeballs, coming away with a 13–1 win. Their organisation and movement on court really stood out, although Amazeballs continued to show determination and kept working hard until the final whistle.

Trent Tricksters also had a positive game, earning a 10–2 victory over The A Team. Their passing and finishing were key on the night, while The A Team showed resilience and kept pushing despite the challenge.

One of the closer matches saw Notts Netters secure a 9–5 win over Hoopsy Daisy in a well-contested game. Both sides demonstrated good passages of play, making it an enjoyable fixture to watch.

Player of the Week went to Merrin Wells-Potter from Trent Tricksters. Their all-round performance made a real difference for the team, showing great energy, skill, and consistency across the match.
