Bridgend Sunday Netball League - Week 8

There was no shortage of excitement in the Bridgend Sunday  Netball League last night, as week 8 brought its share of thrilling encounters. In Division 1, three adrenaline-charged matches kept spectators on edge.

Leading the pack, Nets In The City made a powerful statement, thrashing Goals Aloud with a whopping 27-8 score. The City girls demonstrated their dominance on the court, playing with an unmatched zeal and spirit. Their offensive prowess certainly shone, making them the top scorers in Division 1 for this week.

In the most nail-biting match of the evening, Netballerz tasted a bitter defeat against Goal Patrol at a very close 8-7. Despite the loss, the game's intensity is a testament to the competitiveness prevalent in the league.

The riveting action continued with Baywatch Ballers going head-to-head with Coity Cobras. The match ended in a deadlock at 15-15, leaving spectators and players alike on tenterhooks. This clash demonstrated the high level of performance and competitive spirit in Division 1.

However, the star of the week was undoubtedly Donna Hall from Goal Patrol. Her spectacular performance earned her the accolade of the most valued player of the week. Hall exhibited stellar skills and tenacity that contributed significantly to her team's victory.
