Week 13 of the Sutton Coldfield Sunday Netball League saw another enjoyable evening of action at Plantsbrook School, with teams continuing to compete in good spirits as the season moves towards its conclusion.

The evening began with Sutton Ballers taking on Boldmere Ballers in a closely contested fixture. Both teams showed strong teamwork and commitment throughout the game, producing an entertaining match that remained competitive from start to finish.

Net Setters then faced Sutton Dreamers in the second match of the night. The Dreamers produced another strong performance, moving the ball effectively through the court and making the most of their opportunities. Credit also goes to the Net Setters, who continued to work hard and maintained a positive attitude throughout.

Wildcats and Leopards met in the third fixture of the evening. Wildcats delivered a confident performance, while Leopards showed plenty of determination and resilience against a strong opponent. The effort and sportsmanship displayed by both teams reflected the positive atmosphere of the league.

The final game saw Jaguars take on Hoop There It Is. Both teams battled hard throughout the contest, with good passages of play at both ends of the court. It was another enjoyable match that rounded off a successful evening of netball.

Player of the Week

This week's Most Valued Player award goes to Charlotte Bennett of Boldmere Ballers. Charlotte made an excellent contribution for her team, demonstrating great energy, movement, and commitment throughout the evening. Her efforts were recognised by teammates and opponents alike, making her a deserving recipient of the award.

With Week 13 now complete, teams will be looking forward to the next round of fixtures as the season continues. The league remains a great opportunity for players to stay active, develop their skills, and enjoy competitive netball in a welcoming environment.
