Week 10 of the Nantwich Thursday Netball League brought another enjoyable round of fixtures, with teams continuing to shape the standings as the season progresses. It was great to see such positive energy and teamwork displayed across the league.

In the League, Shots And Giggles delivered a strong performance, earning a 15-4 win over Call The Shots. Their steady attacking play and teamwork helped them set the tone for the evening. We Don't Give A Shot also had a confident outing, securing a 21-1 result against Red Falcons with some well-worked attacking moves.

The highest-scoring game of the week came from Wildcats and Winging It, where Winging It put together a solid all-round display to take a 34-3 victory. The result gives them a helpful boost as the table continues to take shape.

Court Slayers claimed a 22-11 win over Net It! in a competitive match, while Put A Donk On It and Hoop There It Is! played out a closely contested game, with Put A Donk On It just edging it 15-12.

A special mention goes to Hoop There It Is! Andrea Wrench, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Despite the narrow result, Andrea’s composure, smart movement  made a real difference on court and were a credit to her team.

With several weeks still to play, there’s plenty to look forward to. Every game provides an opportunity to improve, build confidence and enjoy some great netball with friends.
