Week 16 of the Nantwich Thursday netball league brought another evening of competitive and enjoyable fixtures, with teams continuing to show great effort as the season nears its conclusion. In the League, several closely contested matches kept things interesting.

Red Falcons secured a 15-8 win over Call The Shots in a well-played game. Both teams showed good determination, with Call The Shots continuing to work hard throughout the match.

Put A Donk On It and Wildcats played out one of the closest games of the evening, with Put A Donk On It just edging the result 16-15. Steffi Howarth was recognised as the most valued player of the week, thanks to her strong contribution on court.

Court Slayers also had a solid performance, earning a 14-9 win against Hoop There It Is! through consistent teamwork and good organisation.

With only two weeks left in the season, the League remains competitive, and teams continue to give their best each week. There is still plenty to play for as the season approaches its final stages.

Top scorer details are yet to be confirmed, adding a bit of anticipation as the season progresses. It’s been great to see the commitment and teamwork from all teams involved.

As the season draws to a close, the remaining fixtures promise more competitive and enjoyable netball for everyone involved.
