Congratulations to Winging it who were this seasons winners in the Nantwich league and the runners up We don't Give a Shot, also a huge well done to Charlotte Butler from Wildcats who was this seasons most valued player.

The Nantwich Thursday netball league season came to a close with an exciting final night of action, as Winging It finished top of the league following week 18.

They ended the season on 34 points with an impressive 17 wins, showing great consistency, teamwork and determination throughout. Their 15-8 win over Court Slayers on the final night helped confirm their place at the top of the league, rounding off a strong campaign.

There were also several enjoyable matches across the evening. Put A Donk On It put in a solid performance to beat Call The Shots 8-2, while We Don't Give A Shot secured a 13-6 win against Shots And Giggles after a well-contested game.

Wildcats delivered a confident display in their 10-2 win over Red Falcons, and Hoop There It Is! earned a well-deserved 12-6 victory against Net It! This result was supported by a standout contribution from Victoria Owen, who was named Most Valued Player of the week for her all-round performance and teamwork.

As the season wraps up, the final standings reflect the effort and commitment shown by all teams over the weeks. Winging It led the way in scoring, but every team played their part in creating a competitive and enjoyable league.

There were plenty of memorable moments throughout the season, from close matches to strong team performances. As this chapter comes to an end, teams will no doubt be looking ahead to the next season and another opportunity to get back on court.
