Play in the Rugeley Tuesday Netball League, powered by You Play Netball!
It was another fun and competitive evening in Rugeley as teams took to the court for week nine of the season, bringing plenty of energy and close games.
Rugeley Rangers secured a hard-fought 21–18 win over Phoenix Reds in a closely contested match. Both sides played brilliantly, but the Rangers just edged ahead with strong teamwork and determination.
Rugeley Divas also celebrated a win, beating Rugeley Rebels 12–9. It was a great all-round performance, with the Divas balancing solid دفاع and attacking play to keep control of the game.
Over on the other court, Rugeley Warriors and The Original Lions couldn’t be separated, finishing 13–13 in an evenly matched and exciting draw.
A special shoutout goes to Joanna Ponsonby from The Original Lions, who earned Player of the Week. Her movement, passing, and shooting were all on point, making a big impact for her team.
The league is shaping up to be a really exciting one, with every team improving and matches getting closer each week. We can’t wait to see what happens next!
