In a thrilling conclusion to the Ilkeston Wednesday Netball League, Victorious Secret emerged as the undisputed champions with a total of 20 points. The final week of play witnessed some of the most thrilling performances of the season.

Ilkeston Stars and Spice Goals kicked off the final week with a nail-biting match that saw the Stars narrowly edge out Spice Goals 16-14. The competition was fierce, but the Stars' resilience and teamwork led them to a hard-fought victory.

However, the highlight of the night was Victorious Secret's stunning victory over Net Seekers, winning 17-5. Their awe-inspiring performance solidified their status as the league's champions, boasting an enviable record of 10 wins.

Rutland Comets and Stealing Passes also offered a tight game, with Stealing Passes clinching the match by a single point, ending the game at 10-9. One notable performance came from the Comets' Rachena Datta, who despite her team's result, put on a spectacular display earning her the title of the week's Most Valuable Player.
