Ilkeston Wednesday Netball Update 20th May

Week 4 of the Ilkeston Wednesday Netball brought another fantastic evening of competitive and entertaining netball, with teams putting on a great display of skill, teamwork, and determination.

One of the standout matches of the night saw Pivot And Pass take on Victorious Secret in a closely contested encounter. Both teams played some excellent netball throughout, combining quick movement, strong defending, and accurate shooting in a fast-paced game. After an exciting battle from start to finish, Pivot And Pass edged the contest 20–17 to secure the win.

Another highlight of the evening came from Netballerz, with Cristina Hurd delivering an excellent all-round performance. Showing great composure, energy, and consistency on court, Hurd earned this week’s Most Valued Player award for her impressive contribution and leadership during the match.

This week’s performances once again demonstrated the high standard of competition across the night. Every team continues to bring enthusiasm and commitment each week, creating an exciting atmosphere for players and supporters alike.
