Ilkeston Wednesday Netball Update 21st January

In a thrilling eighth week of the Ilkeston Wednesday Netball, teams left it all on the court with impressive tactical plays and unwavering determination. 

In one of the highlights of the night, Netballerz triumphed over Rutland Rebels with a final score of 9-6. Cristina Hurd of Netballerz, who was named the most valued player of the week, played a significant role in her team's victory. Her excellent performance not only enhanced her team's morale but also led them to a hard-fought win.

In another scintillating match, Spice Goals demonstrated their supremacy by defeating Rutland Ravens with a score of 13-5. Their systematic approach and formidable defence made it an uphill task for the Ravens to penetrate their court.

The game between Stealing Passes and Victorious Secret ended in an exciting draw, with both teams scoring 15 points. The teams fought tooth and nail till the end, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats throughout the match.

As we approach the climax of the season, with only two weeks left, it's all to play for. There's a palpable sense of excitement, and the stakes couldn't be higher.  We anticipate more heart-stopping moments on the court, and we look forward to bringing you next week's roundup of this exciting night.
