Ilkeston Wednesday Netball Update 27th May

At the Ilkeston Wednesday Night Netball, teams continue to deliver exciting and competitive matches each week. Week 5 brought another entertaining evening of netball, with plenty of skill, teamwork, and determination on display.

Victorious Secret produced a strong all-round performance to secure a 23-7 win against Netballerz. Both teams showed great effort throughout the game, with Victorious Secret making the most of their attacking opportunities and working well together across the court.

A special mention goes to Cristina Hurd of Netballerz, who was named this week’s Most Valued Player. Cristina impressed with her energy, movement, and commitment throughout the match, delivering an excellent individual performance and continuing to be a standout player within the league.

While Victorious Secret took the win on this occasion, Netballerz continued to battle hard and showed plenty of positives to build on as the season progresses.

The league continues to showcase a fantastic standard of netball, with every team contributing to a fun, competitive, and supportive atmosphere each week.
