Ilkeston Wednesday Night Netball - Week 8

The Ilkeston Wednesday Night Netball League saw some of the most thrilling action of the season last night, as teams squared off in week 8 of the competition. 

In a nail-biting face-off, Rutland Rebels fell just short against Spice Goals with a score line of 20-21. It was a fiercely fought match, with both teams displaying commendable skill, strategy, and teamwork. However, Spice Goals, spurred on by the remarkable performance of Lauren Porter, emerged as victors. The player of the week, Lauren Porter, was a driving force for Spice Goals. In another match, Netballerz were outplayed by Stealing Passes, the latter securing a victory with a score of 8-2. 

The season is nearing its end and the competition has never been more intense. With only two weeks left, teams are reminded we will start straight back up again with a brand new season.
