Leicester Sunday Netball Update - Week 6

Another Fun Evening in the Leicester Sunday You Play Netball League

Week 6 of the Leicester Sunday You Play Netball League brought plenty of great netball, teamwork and smiles, with all teams enjoying another fantastic evening on court.

Foxes and Brookside played out an entertaining and closely fought game, with Foxes coming away with a 9-6 win. Both teams showed fantastic teamwork and determination throughout.

Goal Diggers enjoyed a high-scoring match against Court Out, securing a 21-11 victory. Their flowing attacking play and positive energy made for an exciting game and they finished the evening as the top scorers of the week.

Stealing Passes also had a strong performance against Netchicks, winning 15-1. Despite the result, Netchicks showed great spirit and never stopped working hard. Kate Pizer was named Player of the Week thanks to her excellent movement, awareness and all-round contribution on court.

With more exciting matches to come, we can't wait to see what Week 7 brings!
