Week 17 of the Kettering Wednesday netball league brought another enjoyable evening of competitive matches, with teams showing great effort and skill throughout.

Court In The Act produced a confident performance, earning a 20–7 win over Net Profits. Their strong attacking play, combined with organised defence, helped them take control of the game.

Netspressos also had a positive result, securing a 23–4 victory against NET2HOLIDAYS. Their teamwork and consistency on court were clear to see as they built momentum throughout the match.

One of the closest contests of the evening came between One Hoop Wonders and Hustlers. It was a tightly fought game, with Hustlers just edging the result 9–8 in an exciting and well-balanced matchup.

The Vixens faced a 5–11 result against Hoop Troopers, but there was still a standout moment for the team. Rosie Lancashire delivered an excellent individual performance, earning the most valued player award for her contribution and effort across the game.

In the final match, Wingin It recorded a 23–9 win over Ghostbusters. Their teamwork and steady play helped them see out the game comfortably.

As the league moves into its final weeks, teams will be looking to build on their performances and finish the season on a positive note. There’s still plenty of good netball to come, with every match offering opportunities for improvement and enjoyment.
