Canterbury Monday Netball League - Week 10

In an electrifying final week of the Canterbury Monday Netball League, Netball fans were treated to a thrilling spectacle as the fate of the title was decided in heated encounters that left spectators on the edge of their seats.

The League, known for its fierce competition, saw Team Shooting Stars emerging as the division champions, boasting a total of 14 points and 7 wins. Despite not playing on the night, their stellar performance throughout the season secured them the top spot. Displaying unparalleled skill and teamwork, the Shooting Stars shone throughout the season, proving they were the deserving winners of the Premier League title.

However, the night was not without its share of intense action. From the fiery showdown between No Direction and Kiss My Pass that ended in a decisive 27-10 victory for No Direction, to the nail-biting match between Canterbury Hot Shots and Win or Booze, which saw Win or Booze edge out a narrow 15-12 victory, the League division stayed true to its reputation of producing thrilling netball action.

The night's most surprising result came from the Premier League. Rowdy Rockets, in a spectacular display of their offensive prowess, devastated the field with a decisive 18-0 triumph over their opponents. The team's commanding performance was truly a spectacle, making them one of the top scorers in the division.

As the final whistle blew, not only marked the end of the game, but also the end of an enthralling season of the Canterbury Monday Netball League. With such an exciting end to the season, fans can only expect the next one to be an even bigger, more thrilling event.
