Canterbury Monday YouPlay Netball League News 2026-03-09

Week six of the Canterbury Monday Netball League took place last night, with another fun evening of games across the Premier League division. Teams continued to build momentum as the season moves along, with plenty of close matches and great team spirit on show.

One of the closest games of the night was between Rowdy Rockets and Win Or Booze. Both sides put in a great effort in a very evenly matched game, with Win Or Booze just edging it 14–13 in a friendly but competitive contest.

Elsewhere, Canterbury Hot Shots picked up a solid 11–8 win against No Direction. Both teams worked hard throughout the game, with Hot Shots making the most of their chances to come away with the result.

Shooting Stars also had a strong game against Kiss My Pass, taking the win 17–11. It was a great team performance and the highest scoring result in the Premier League this week.

As the season continues, it's great to see teams improving each week and enjoying their Monday night netball. With plenty of matches still to play, there’s lots to look forward to as the league progresses.
