Canterbury Monday YouPlay Netball League News 2026-03-30

The Canterbury Monday netball league returned for its ninth week with another enjoyable evening of matches, bringing together teams for some closely contested and entertaining games.

In the Premier League, Win Or Booze and Canterbury Hot Shots played out a very tight match, with the Hot Shots just edging ahead to win 14–13. Both teams showed great teamwork and composure throughout.

Another close game saw Kiss My Pass take on No Direction. It was a well-balanced contest, with No Direction coming away with a narrow 12–11 win after a consistent performance across the court.

Rowdy Rockets delivered a standout result on the night with a strong performance against Shooting Stars, finishing 24–13. Their teamwork and energy made for an enjoyable match to watch.

Overall, it was a great evening of netball, with plenty of positive play and team spirit on display across the league.

As the season moves into week ten, teams will be looking forward to more friendly competition and continued improvement.
