Week four of the Worcester Sunday netball brought another enjoyable round of matches, with teams continuing to find their rhythm and showcase their growing confidence on court. The night is quickly becoming a highlight of the weekend, with players bringing great energy and team spirit to every game.
In the first game, Seven Wonders delivered a confident performance to win 16–1 against Spice Goals. Seven Wonders controlled the game well, though Spice Goals continued to show effort and positivity right to the end.
Cobras faced On The Attack in a lively contest, with On The Attack coming away with an 18–7 win. Their strong defensive work made a real difference, but Cobras showed determination throughout and kept battling until the final whistle.
Toxic Goals took on Rebounders and secured a 20–4 victory in a fast-paced match. Toxic Goals combined sharp attacking play with solid defence, while Rebounders kept pushing and showed great resilience against a tough opponent.
A special mention goes to Lorraine Lester from Rebounders, who was named Player of the Week. Despite the result, her performance stood out for all the right reasons, demonstrating skill, commitment, and fantastic sportsmanship.
Overall, it was another great week of netball, with teams continuing to develop and support one another. With each round, the competition is building nicely, and there’s plenty to look forward to as the season progresses.
