Worcester Monday Netball Update 18th May

Week 5 of the Worcester Monday Netball delivered another enjoyable evening of competitive action, with teams showing great teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

Spice Goals and Pocket Rockets played out an entertaining and closely contested fixture, with Spice Goals coming away with an 8-5 win. The match was full of energy, with both sides creating plenty of exciting moments on court.

Block It Like It’s Hot produced a strong all-round performance to secure a 15-2 win over Get Your Shot Together. Both teams worked hard throughout the match, while Block It Like It’s Hot combined sharp attacking play with solid defending to take the victory.

Another competitive game saw Nets Go To The Pub earn an 8-5 victory over The 360’s. It was a well-matched contest, with both teams showing excellent effort and teamwork from start to finish.

A special mention goes to Liza Wilkinson of Get Your Shot Together, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Liza impressed with her movement, skill, and positive impact on the game, delivering a standout individual performance.

As the season continues, the Worcester Monday Netball is providing plenty of exciting matches and memorable moments, and teams will be looking forward to building on their performances in the weeks ahead.
