Unsworth Tuesday Netball League - Week 5

Hello Unsworth! The spirit of fitness, fun, and friendship was in full swing at our latest Social Netball matches. Part of the beloved Back to Netball programme, these charming get-togethers welcome everyone with open arms, whether you're dusting off your old bib or want to try something completely new!

This week, we had the joy of watching the cheerful camaraderie between our two groups, Worth A Shot and Uns & Roses. The collective, positive atmosphere on the court truly embodied the spirit of our Premier League play. Each team brought their own unique flair to the game and it was an absolute delight to watch them in action.

A special shout-out goes out to Paige Gibson from Phoenix Rising — her sunny disposition and team spirit rightfully earned her the Player of the Session title! Way to go, Paige! Your positive attitude truly embodies what Back to Netball is all about.

The goal tally was high this week — Uns & Roses managed to net the most goals, but remember, it's not about who scores the most, it's about getting involved, being active and having a good time!

Let's celebrate everyone who stepped onto the court this week. Each of you, from goal scorer to sideline cheerleader, have contributed to the vibrant, welcoming community that lies at the heart of our Social Netball matches.
