In a pulsating encounter, She's A Keeper faced off against Move On Up. Both teams showcased their formidable talents, but it was Move On Up that emerged victorious with a 19-15 scoreline. Their victory came as a result of a combination of incisive attacking play and relentless defense.
However, one of the most riveting match of the night was undoubtedly between Hoop There It Is and Can’t Touch This! Both teams bravely battled throughout the game, matching each other point for point, which eventually resulted in a nail-biting draw with a scoreline of 10-10.
Rising above the intense competition this week was Sarah Fowler of Seven Sisters. She was deservedly named the Most Valued Player, owing to her exceptional performance on the court. Fowler’s agility and strategic play contributed significantly to her team's success in this week's game, setting an impressive standard for her counterparts to aspire to.
As the league progresses, the competition continues to intensify, with each team vying for the top position in Division 1. It is yet to be seen who will claim the top spot in the coming weeks, but one thing’s for sure - the Uttoxeter Monday League is delivering scintillating netball!
