Week three of the Wilmslow Tuesday Netball League brought another evening of great energy, teamwork, and close competition in the Premier League division.
Centre Of Attention and Too Hot To Handle opened the night with an exciting and evenly matched game. Both teams gave their all, but Centre Of Attention managed to take the win 10-9 after a nail-biting finish. Too Hot To Handle’s Nichola Levett put in a standout performance and was named this week’s Most Valuable Player for her fantastic effort throughout the match.
Off The Charts and Slay And Play were next on court in another lively fixture. Off The Charts played with confidence and strong communication, securing a 13-4 victory. Slay And Play showed great determination and teamwork, keeping the pressure on until the final whistle.
Out Of Your League and Game Faces On followed with a well-contested game that ended 13-3 in favour of Out Of Your League. Both sides demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and commitment, with Out Of Your League’s sharp passing and control making the difference on the night.
The evening wrapped up with Big Bib Energy taking on Seven Sisters. Seven Sisters delivered a solid team performance to take the win 11-5, while Big Bib Energy worked hard across the court and showed plenty of spirit right to the end.
Week three highlighted once again the fantastic level of play and positive atmosphere within the league. With so many strong performances across all matches, it’s shaping up to be an exciting season ahead!
