Week 10 of the Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League delivered another fantastic evening of competitive netball, with teams continuing to battle hard as the season enters its final stages. Every match was played with great energy, determination, and teamwork, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for players and supporters alike.

Blaze Ballers and The Hotshots got the evening underway with one of the closest contests of the night. Both teams produced some excellent netball, with strong defensive efforts and well-worked attacking moves keeping the game competitive throughout. It was a thrilling encounter that showcased the determination and commitment of both sides.

Phoenix Flyers produced a standout team performance against Thunder Thighs, demonstrating excellent movement, communication, and confidence across the court. Their teamwork and consistency helped them maintain control throughout the match, while Thunder Thighs continued to battle hard and showed great resilience despite a challenging fixture.

Wing-Its and Netbusters also served up an entertaining contest. Both teams worked tirelessly throughout the game, competing for every ball and displaying excellent sportsmanship. Netbusters showed great character and determination throughout the match, while Wing-Its produced a strong all-round performance to secure a positive result.

A special congratulations goes to Emily Kelham of Netbusters, who was named Most Valuable Player of the Week. Emily delivered an outstanding individual performance, demonstrating excellent skill, effort, and commitment throughout the game. Her contribution was recognised by everyone involved and highlights the talent that continues to be showcased across the league.

The final match of the evening between Dolly Mixtures and Goal Diggers provided another closely fought contest. Both teams demonstrated great teamwork and determination, producing an exciting game that remained competitive throughout and provided a fitting conclusion to the night's action.

As the season moves closer to its conclusion, every point becomes increasingly important, and teams continue to give their all each week. The quality of netball on display, combined with the positive atmosphere around the league, has made for another memorable season so far.
